Occupational Therapy Assessment
This includes:
Direct assessment
Functional observations
Record review/history
Telephone consultation with other team members to gain information about the child (as requested)
School observation (if necessary)
One hour meeting with parents to discuss findings/recommendation of the assessment
A Comprehensive Evaluation typically runs 1-2 hours.

One hour meeting with parents to discuss findings/recommendations of the assessment
Infant Developmental Screening for children 12 months or younger.
This 20-30 minute developmental screening includes a checklist of findings and recommendations.
